Strength: Push Press
4 x 3 @ 70% (75#)
3 x 2 @ 80% (85#)
2 x 2 @ 90% (95#)

WOD: "Jack" - 20' AMRAP
10 x Push Press (80#)
10 x KB Swing (35#)
10 x Box jump (20")

Score: 5 rounds + 4

This was my first time using a 35# KB, always stuck with 22#...progress
