Monday 7/1/13

Strength: 6' EMOTM: (2 sets) 2 x Pendlay row + (1) x power clean (90#)

WOD:

3 RFT:
20 x Wall Ball (10# to 9')
15 x knees to elbows
10 x HR push ups
5 x ring dips (used a band)

Every 2:00 do 5 pendlay rows (70#)

Time: 11:26

After: worked on handstands, FINALLY overcame my fear of doing a handstand against a wall (I've always been scared I would hit my head); attempted some ring muscle-ups (ha!)
