Done! It was a good challenge, but I'm glad that it's over. My lats are significantly fried, although they're doing better than they were a couple of days ago. I had to switch grips from palms out to palms in for the last few days to avoid straining my lats.
Thanks for the challenge! I'll keep an eye out for what you'll post for January. I was personally thinking of a month long muscle up challenge, but wondering how rough that might be on the joints.
