Couldn't do broad jumps tonight to loosen up for deadlifts. Felt like my abs were going to rip with the hip extension after the first broad jump so I subbed squat jumps to try to loosen up my hips. I really need to pay attention to my core as I am pretty sure something is pulled.

Felt strong until the last two pulls, had to kind of swoop the last two up. Grip is starting to be a problem too above 335. Still think I will get to my goal of 400lb by the end of the month.

New movement, felt pretty awesome and I can see how it will definitely increase my dl numbers.
400 Double Unders - 4:18
Double unders felt pretty strong. Strung 35 together to start and then did sets of 15-25 through the end. Wearing vibrams whilst doing double unders is not ideal as I managed to bruise my toes pretty good from getting snapped by the rope.
Running a 5k with a couple buddies on Saturday so I think I'll skip the metcon tomorrow and just do strength work.
