Weighted Pulls-Ups 3x
Dead hang pull-ups are easily the weakest movement for me. I did enjoy training in moccasins however.
Strict Pull Ups
RX'd was 21(9)-15(15)-9(21)
Bummed I didn't do the RX workout but it probably would have been messy if I did. Failed like 6 times before the last ring dip and had to switch grips a bit to finish the strict pull ups. I do enjoy working on areas I suck at but its humbling to be really bad at these.
First rugby practice in 4 years tonight, hopefully I don't hurt myself.
