Add the "samson stretch" to your warmup. Concentrate on getting your shoulders active and your arms to the sky, right against your ears. It'll do wonders for your shoulder flexibility and your OHS will be close behind.

I prefer to reach my fingers up to the sky instead of grasping them, but this picture is close enough:
