Your form is good. People around here tend to forget that the DL is a lower back exercise first. Much lower and it starts turning into a leg exercise.
Watch where he pulls from, not where he starts from, but his position as the plates leave the floor. Once you get more comfortable and you begin to learn how you like to stretch before a lift, you can do all kinds of different things also. But you dont pull 985 pounds without it being the most anatomically correct way possible. He is strong as hell, but without his form he couldnt pick that up.
