You will never muscle that through. Strong pull and hop over your shoulders

That answers a question I had in the back of my head when trying for multiple reps; I always wondered if I should be trying to accelerate on the initial pull and glide through the transition, or as the name implies: MUSCLE up? Grinding through the transition is way more taxing than 'flying'. Thanx.
