Fight Gone Bad
Hands are still shaking as I type this...
Keep telling myself if I can get to a point where I can complete these as rx'd, I'll be in the best shape of my life. Not just in terms of shirt off at the beach, but real physical fitness.
Wall Ball (as rx'd)
SDLHP (as rx'd)
Box Jumps (sub squats)
Push Press (as rx'd)
Rows (sub wind sprint)
I have no clue what my score was.. too busy concentrating on not collapsing. I'd like to keep track next time.
1. Need a better box for box jumps (maybe old cooler filled w/ sand and weight to stablize)
2. Need some sort of minute timer for basement gym.
