Couldn't do WOD (no pull-up bar at hotel gym).

20 pull-ups (subbed lat pull down 120 lbs)
30 push ups
40 sit ups
really need to develop back muscles. struggling w/ pullup type exercises. i now know what is meant by "blurring the line" between weights and cardio.. wow. people at the hotel gym must have thought i was a nut. at least i wasn't wasting 30 minutes reading usa today while barely moving on a treadmill.
