Better and better, every day every way.

Hi! I decided to seriously do crossfit for a while when my normal training got rather flat. I have competed in strongman, powerlifting and highland games before. Currently I am rather out of shape and have gained some weight recently. I hope to stick to my nutrition program and get in better shape lose about 20# of fat from now until the summer.

OHS- 85x3
95x3
120x2- Lost balance and dropped forward, weak shoulders
150x3
150x2- Same thing as on set #3.
-I really thought I would be way stronger on these, but man are they hard!
