I’ve been reading up on the Crossfit program and it looks great. My main priority is fitness. I’ve been reading a lot of the forums and many people are looking to the program to provide them with fitness and to gain more muscle mass.

I’m not really interested in the muscle mass, I like where I am at now, just looking to tone up a bit. I definately do not want to get bulkier. I’m 5’7”,male, and weigh around 165. Overall fitness is my main goal, and hopefully I can see a boost in my climbing/bouldering performance as well.

Will Crossfit training bulk me up too much? I understand there might not be a cut and dry answer, I know many factors are included ie nutrition etc.

Just an idea of what to expect, I guess would help.
