A freind in the Q-course now turned me to crossfit. I finally looked into it and gave Linda a go yesterday. All I can say is whoa.
I am putting in an OCS package, hoping for Inf. and to leave in Jan. I was competitive powerlifter so S/B/DL are very familiar to me.
I am looking forwrd to integrating xfit into my program. Linda was one the toughest workouts I have ever done.
Anyhow there is a ton of info here I am pouring myself over, just wanted to say thanks to the developers. You got a good thing here.
