OK…..so I was shopping at the grocery store for my favorite bag of organic tortilla chips (White Corn Restaurant Style). When I arrived at the section where they usually are I noticed now that there were a lot of bags of Blue Corn Restaurant Style tortilla chips, same brand, packaging, ect. Not really clear on the difference and after some brief pondering, I decided to dig around behind the bags to see if my usual choice was still available. Luckily to my joy they were still available but shoved way in the back of the shelf. I felt like that lady on the Florida Sunshine commercial who had to reach all the way out of the store’s wall to get her brand of OJ.
Anyway, as you have probably guessed by now, this raises the question. What really is the difference between Blue and White corn chips?
