Elbow & hyperextension
Basically my elbow does not at all like hyperextending. I was practicing my boxing technique on the punching bag tonight and had to call it short due to my elbow hyperextending repeatedly. It feels very fragile in that position, like it wouldnt be too hard to break. Its kind of sore now. My question is, what can I do about this? I know I need to get my tricep strength up, and I think I might benefit from an elbow brace when practicing my technique?
