As you can probably imagine i am new here and really looking forward to trying todays WOD when i get home from work.
Slight bit of background:
I am a competitive swimmer, only County level, and have been training in swimming for 10 years now. I am now looking to improve over all areas, strength, speed, endurance, agility etc and i feel this is the place to come.
So a quick question; Are there any other competitive swimmers on the board? and if so how did doing crossfit effect your performance in the pool?
