I was really excited about this one. I was doing my ME day as 8x1 weighted pull-ups. I did 25#, 35#, 55#, and said to myself "This is way too easy." So I jumped to 85#, and cleared the bar (barely)
My next attempt, 75# failed. Considering my previous record was 65#, I wasn't too worried about it. Now if I could just increase my pull-up count...
Another quick testimony: Since starting CrossFit, the veins on my arms have bulged. On two separate occasions, I've had a female medical professional (an EMT and a nurse) tell my I have "beautiful" veins for IVs. Any one else have that happen?
