Circuit Training
We did some Hurricane style circuits at the park this morning.

40 Minute Clock
Run 120m prior to each rounds; 3 Rounds per station with 10 reps

Front Squats, 25#
High Pull
Back Squat

Box Straddle Jumps
Standing Knee to Elbow

OH Lunges, 50#

I completed the full workout, rest 4 minutes and finished the first station again.
