Hey Dexter,

The downside to heavy things like kettlebells rowers etc is that they tend to be expensive and heavy to ship. Some ideas and directions you might look into if equipment doesn't materialize.

Look into getting a couple sets of rings, they're cheap ($70 a pair from Rogue), easy to ship, and really all you need for upper body training. Coach in some earlier articles, if IRC, talks about how he can get someone up to a 2x bw bench press with just rings.
