After taking 2 days off I decided to get back onto the main schedule today was:

Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

This is my first CrossFit Test and I think I did alright. I was a little worried about adding more weight to the squat since I didn't have anyone to help me and I nearly had to bail on one attempt. Anyway results below

BS: 275
SP: 135
DL: 315

Total: 725

Since this is my first time it is obviously my PR
