when a specific amount of weight is listed for a certain exercise, for example 225 lb. deadlift x10, how is the amount of weight determined? are the weights listed for the WOD based on a certain, consistent bodyweight? i'm tall, but a skinny basterd (6'2" 170lbs.) and there is no way i can use the recommended weight most of the time. if it's based on a consistent bodyweight i can easily figure it out, or is there another method used for this?
