Being that it seems as though you had little strength to start what did you do as a workout? Brand X scaled?
I am asking because I am hard core into Crossfit and I think this has gotten my wife to say, Lets try this.
She is in the place where you were 6 months ago. I want to start her right without scaring her. She is not athletic and I want to get her going and keep her motivated. If I put too much strain on her immediately I may scare her off.
Your input seems like it would be important for me and her.
And the results you showed us all are very impressive.
