Pull-ups when I started my number was 0! Two months in it was 2. One month ago it was five. Today six! These are DH since it's in a door frame.
Pushups. 10 back in Feb then 12 in April. As of today 30!
L-sit yesterday 20 secs on the Parallel Bars up from 10 seconds.
Also on the parallel bars 5 true dips... to the arm pits and back up. To be honest maybe it was 4 the fifth one was very hard.
