I don't recall exactly how it works b/c I haven't tried it yet, but something like this:

Start with KB at goal line. Sprint with KB to 5/10yd line and drop it. Sprint back to goal line. Sprint to 5/10yd, pick up KB and advance it to next line.

Can mix in burpees, swings, KB snatches, pushups, situps at the turnaround points as well. Might be interesting to make the number of things you do equivalent to the yard line that you are on (i.e. 5KB swings on the 5 yard line, etc).

Apparently strict suicide sprints aren't bad enough. :stir:
