I wouldn't add a bunch of stuff...You aren't going to get that much 'fitter' the 3 weeks leading up to the sectionals. I would just concentrate on rest and recovery. Maybe add in 1 or 2 '2 a days' just to test your nutrition/recovery.

I wouldn't take a full rest week or anything leading up to the competition. Maybe one day off and a light day (active rest.)

Eat well...

That's what I'm doing anyway. Everybody's different and may think I'm nuts not adding a bunch of volume - But I did a 'tune-up' and a 2 a day about a month ago.
