Been having a slight pain in my left groin, near the hip flexor, extending down to knee. It feels as though it might be tendon related because it seems to somewhat wrap around my knee. It does not affect training too much, I just need to get it warmed up more than the rest of my body. It is only uncomfortable but in my first few reps of a deep squat and certain stretches that place it in an unusual range of motion like the butterfly stretch. Thanks for the advice.
