I try and eat about 10-12 almonds twice a day for my daily fat intake.
I eat 10 with dinner and then another ten pre-bed time with either Casein Protein shake or 1c Cottage Cheese.
But you're shooting for about 10-15 almonds per serving.
4oz per serving is a lot.
And yes they do cause digestive problems if not chewed properly and broken down completely.
