Today was deadlift day
Warm up with C2 rower and then 100 wall balls.
Then we started of light with the following reps 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2 ,1,1,1,1 until we were done. The weight increase between lifts was not more than 20kgs/44lbs. No lifts was to failure.
start off light with 40kgs or 88lbs and at the end I finished off with a comfortable 165kgs or 363lbs
who has not done allot of deadlift previously PR 68kgs or 150lbs. she started of at 25kgs and finished of smashing her PR with 80kgs or 176lbs.
Got to give this one to the wife today.... She was so happy so I can't take that away from her
