In my opinion, all you have to do is take a look at the WODs, and the fundamentals of CF. CF is functional movements done at high intensity for duration.
You can look back at the previous WODs, and take those that work for you and put them into a hat and pick one!
I am not sure if there is any sort of pattern or trend as to the type of workout, but I am sure if you really wanted to, you could take the previous months WODs and write down the target areas of fitness, and then use that as a guide to picking from your doable WODs.
Just an idea here.
