thanks blair, you definitely made a point.
as you can see i'm new to cf and I thought reading cfj from the beginning was the right way to get into it. It seems to me that it takes a lot of efforts and time to get a true understanding of cf. This is probably also due to the fact that I don't have a garage or any other suitable place at the moment where to train (and follow scaled wod) other than commercial gym or a public outdoor fitness facility, which I definitely prefer but doesn't have any sort of weight of course and apparatus are scattered along a steep hill.
So what I'm trying to do is to understand as much as I can in order to adapt it to the environment and possibility I have over here, any suggestion or idea?
Let's say that I'm trying to build my path to wod as rx'd.
I'm as fit as far as 10 strict PU and dips are. 400m between 1:10 and 1:20
the closest crossfit gym facility is 2hours drive from here!!
sorry for such a long reply. But I've read some others of your post and your knowledge really seems outstanding.
