Re: Pretty new to Crossfit and struggling with breakfast

Either find ways to fancy-up your eggs (i.e. omelets with mushrooms, peppers, salsa, guacamole, cheese, etc.) or just eat last night's leftovers for breakfast. There's no reason breakfast has to be "breakfast foods."
