I must say, there was a lot of stuff throughout the book that I had not encountered as of late. The tone was that nothing is needed other than meat and water. Seems pretty out there, however, his experience and that of the Inuit seem to paint that picture quite clearly. Also, I have went on all meat regimens for periods of time, quite frequently as of late, and I feel fabulous in doing so. I have heard, if you are totally fat adapted, and eat nearly all fat and protein, fiber may act as more irritant than anything. Just some thoughts.
