AMRAP 20 min

5 pull-ups
5 dips (used rings, assist with chair)
15 sit-ups

11 rounds 19:51

First time using chair, used to keep feet on floor. I'm up to 4 ring dips unassisted, scaled down to keep up pace.

Finished with 20 x 85# squat.
