I've been to a lvl 1 cert, but doing DLs with a PVC pipe and someone watching is very different than doing it on my own and under a load. I wish that there was an affiliate near me
none in Tokyo at the moment. I'm thinking about going to a local powerlifting gym and getting some help.
I also think my back angle is off. Too close to parallel. I'm going to try lowering my butt a bit more next time.
