18:30 - Solid ice outside; subbed rowing for running. Back extensions using GHD and anchored situps.
After work: 7 minute kb snatch set, OHS practice and jump rope practice. I don't want to be looking completely novice at jumping rope on the cruise ship. My brother would never let me live it down.
