I am 47 yrd old, Im in the military and have been for the last 28 yrs. I've been in the weight lifting scene for 95% of that time. Im new to Crossfit and I love it, especially the "methodology" behind it. My question is.
When you spoke about "Rhabdo" was there a particular reason you used those exercises i.e; Kettlebell swings, jumping pull ups, thrusters etc. Thank you for your time
