seems odd
My running times, when fresh, are always pretty reasonable. I usually run 5k in 22 or 23 minutes. I've noticed however that after doing a work out like cindy i can barely run a few minutes without feeling like i need to stop. My theory is that after a work out like cindy you've elevated to near your lactic acid threshhold and you need some time to come down from that. Would running a few minutes after cindy bring you back up to the threshhold that quickly? Running is not very vigorous... well at a moderate pace atleast. Has anyone else noticed this?
