Conditioning day today.

10 rounds for time
12 - lengths of the gym ( 1 length = 25 meter)
9 - DU's
6 - T2B
3 - OHS

No idea what the hell happened today but my DU's were useless, felt as if I was just starting to learn them again. Must have wasted at least 6-8 min on them

In the end this took 40:45 so I was not happy.

The wife did not train today so I won today
Better than today, stronger than tomorrow.
