Well today was back only day.. not a heavy day but strict.

Warm up:
C2 Rower first and then 100 WBs
Then onto:
Dumbell rows laying on a bench first
Rear shoulder flies
Strict pull ups
Lower back raises
To finish it off DU's for a little pulse and then a good stretch.
