Back Squat...

Three videos all tied together.

The first is my 150# squat (just to parallel), then my 160 too high, followed by a 160 failure. the weird thing is that the 160 fails 1/2 way up... any insight into what 'failed' and ways to work on it? My brother-in-law thought maybe some isometric lifts at that position, but I dunno... I am open to suggestions / ideas / critiques.
