(52:35 moderate run)
Really need to work on my technique. Got them all up, but had difficulties having my arms completely locked out, and/or catching it in the squat.

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
(12:27 as rxd)
