There has been a lot of discussion concerning the elimination of foods--dairy to be precise--and my feelings are that it may be good for some, but it also may not matter to others. Going off dairy for a month for me did nothing but limit the foods I could eat, while for others it can lead to a more healthy lifestyle. I say give it a try, see what happens.

(Definitely eliminate cheese, a Chinese friend once told me it is the source of all our "Westerner Problems".)
