Newbie to Self Training and CF

Hi everyone, I am extremely new to the idea of self training or even regulating my diet. I was fortunate enough growing up that my dad was a Marine and I did a lot of activities, so it never was a problem. Now of course since I have a desk job and do pretty much nothing I've notice I need to work out.

When I was doing my research I spent weeks just looking around and I stumbled upon CF. Just used the site for the demo videos at first and spent my time just training to even start the WOD. Been doing pull-ups, push-ups, and learned to dead lift up to 150lbs, just from the online videos. I also ride my bike to and from work, its about 3 miles give or take and it takes me about 15 minutes to get it done.

I am completely excited to start kicking up my routine to a new level and to start chatting it up with everyone here. I am already telling everyone I know about Crossfit.
