I am usually partial to my scramble of:
3 eggs, 1 cup egg whites, chopped onion, pepper, and mushrooms, A large handful of spinach, and 2-4 cut up chicken sausages. I usually pair that with either a green salad with balsamic, and/or a banana with almond butter.
Some great additions to get things mixed up in terms of taste would be to throw in avocados, salsa, olives, plenty of garlic, broccoli, zucchini, bacon etc (not all at the same time of course, unless you are craving insane amounts of flavor!).
I could eat this for every meal, love it to death!
