I posted a "testimonial" of sorts on my blog to help others at my affiliate see how I've implemented "clean eating" into my lifestyle, along with Crossfit.
I'm down 52# so far, and am now also in the "under 200# club" for the first time in a decade. I eat zoned portions of paleo foods, which is the primary driver behind the changes in my body composition.
