Well, shoulder is healed pretty much and I've gotten to enjoy some ring pushups and a few dips and pull ups. Gonna be a while before I'm strong enough for anything else, but I re-iterate my previous zeal -- the rings are rockin'! The instability they add to simple exercises is amazing. Adds a whole new dimension to my workouts.
Right now I tend to use them in a "grease the groove" fashion -- every time the kid goes out to bounce, I drop and do some ring push ups (or pull ups, dips, whatever) before I fire it up... then he gets his turn. :-)
Love em! Might even buy another pair for travel or so we can use them together. (Sadly, I exceed the weight capacity of our bouncy castle...)
