Thanks for the quick reply, I do have abs, clearly visible. The "pouch" I describe is between my navel and waistline. The bf% was done by the clamp in my doctors office during a yearly physical.
The owner of my gym is a national competitor in Crossfit and has 2 top ten regional finishes. He put me on the 0 carb diet to drop weight, in which I knew was going to happen, and agreed upon.
I feel like my endurance and stamina should be improving at a higher rate, but some days it just doesnt feel like it is. Also, my weight is now at 227lbs.
Dont get me wrong, my PRs for all lifts continue to rise (except snatch
Maybe I am just being too self-critical??
