Got out and did a little workout yesterday.
Started on a squat program. Maxed at a 265 single. Then went 3x3 at 185, then 2x5 at 135. I feel like I could have gone heavier than 265, but my lower back wasn't liking it.
Then ran an easy mile.
Today I spent an hour doing cleans. Did the same format. Hit 205, which matched my PR. 210 bounced off my chest. These are pretty much muscle cleans. Not really getting under them, and I know that's hurting me. Then went 3x3 at 145 and 2x5 at 105. Then an easy 400.
With the last 2 workouts, I'm mad at myself for missing so much because of my shoulder lately. Just have to adapt and do the best I can.
Diet is back on track.
