Guess who's back!?!
A couple weeks of being sick, personal stress, and nursing a hurting shoulder put a whoopin' on me. Had a couple small diet slips. Feeling good to go, now. Shoulder is still hurting, but I'll make it.
5x10 American KB swings. 1.5, 1.5, 2, 2, 2. 2 minutes between sets.
200m, 400m, 800m, 400m, 200m. Rest for your previous work time.
Fast enough for a guy that hasn't done anything aside from scratch his head for 3 weeks.
