Heavier than Heavy huh? That sounds pretty intense. I can just see the look on my crossfit partner's face when I bring that idea to him.
I've been trying to improve the normal Fran time and got down to 3:24 a couple weeks ago. I don't ever do the heavy Fran because I have been improving my normal Fran time each time I do it. But I'm beginning to level off so I'll have to start throwing in a heavy Fran every now and again to work less on endurance and more on strength.
